3 Day Kinesiology Workshop

This 3 day workshop lays the foundation for the study of kinesiology.

With a focus on digestion and heart-brain integration, this workshop teaches you the basics to use on family and friends.

Sundays 12th, 19th & 26th of September 2010

Day 1 – Foundations of Kinesiology

  • Become competent in accurate muscle monitoring
  • Learn how to check the neurological integrity of the indicator muscle

Day 2 – Digestion

  • Learn & monitor the main muscles associated with the digestive system
  • Gain insight into the Chakra system & become competent in locating & monitoring the areas relating to digestion
  • Develop an understanding of Acupuncture points & become able to locate the points related to digestion

Day 3 – Heart/Brain Integration

  • Expand your knowledge on the anatomy of the human brain & its basic functions
  • Learn the muscles associated with the Heart-Brain & become capable in monitoring them
  • Locate & monitor the Chakras related to Heart-Brain
  • Find & activate the key Acupuncture points related to Heart-Brain
  • Combine skills learnt & practice a Kinesiology Treatment!
